Job summary

You will manage three-way matching, reconcile vendor statements, support month-end close, and maintain AP records while liaising with banks and internal teams. Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field (freshers encouraged).
• Must possess good Excel skills and communicate well in English.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, employee claims, and payment requests accurately and on time.
• Verify supporting documents, obtain approvals, and perform three-way matching where applicable.
• Prepare weekly payment runs and ensure timely settlement of supplier payments.
