Job summary

DKSH in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to uphold financial integrity within our Finance BPO function. You will process AP tasks accurately, adhere to service levels, and support monthly and year-end closings through strong governance and reliable reporting.

The role requires a degree in Accounting or Finance, up to 2 years in AP (SSC preferred), hands-on SAP experience, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 0-2 years in Accounts Payable in a high-volume SSC environment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency required for Singapore/Taiwan workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Accounts Payable processing in line with SLA and KPI targets.
• Support day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets.
• Uphold AP processes and internal controls for governance.
• Record AP transactions accurately for monthly/year-end closes.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and efficiency.
• Guide the team to meet functional goals and learning needs.
• Support DKSH values and ongoing AP expertise development.
