Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. You will support payment processing, vendor reconciliations, and day-to-day Accounts Payable operations ensuring accuracy and timely service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and 1–2 years AP experience. Strong Excel skills and English communication are essential, with exposure to SAP or other ERP/payment platforms a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of AP or finance operations experience.
• Strong attention to detail with solid reconciliation skills.
• Excellent organization and time management for high volumes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and process payment runs on schedule.
• Review payment files for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify invoices against tax rules and policies.
• Investigate payment rejections and discrepancies.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations.
• Maintain payment records for audits and compliance.
• Support audits with documents and explanations.
• Respond to vendor and stakeholder payment inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce rework.
