Responsibilities

• Collect outstanding balances and coordinate credit extensions.
• Process invoices to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.
• Match invoices to POs and packing lists; verify details and enter in ERP.
• Perform month-end close related to payables and receipts.
• Prepare tax payments and credit card payments documentation.
• Assist with special projects as requested by Management.
