Job summary

Inchcape Shipping Services is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive in Malaysia to support day-to-day AP activities, including vendor reconciliation, payment runs, and supplier queries. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and timely processing in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with Location Finance/Operations, maintain accurate vendor records, and ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate with good communication and reconciliation skills.
• Experience in accounts payable and vendor management is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle invoices and overhead/cost of sales postings.
• Process vendor payments and monitor payment deadlines.
• Reconcile vendor ledgers and respond to internal/vendor inquiries.
