Job summary

FOOD EXCELLENCE SPECIALIST SDN BHD is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in Malaysia, Johor. You will process vendor invoices, handle staff claims, and respond to payment inquiries while ensuring accurate reconciliations and documentation.

You'll support month-end closing, liaise with internal departments and vendors, and help address discrepancies. Diploma in accounting/finance and experience with accounting software are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in accounting/finance or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Payables is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of banking facilities (loan/trade financing) is a plus.
• Proficient with accounting software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and manage payments.
• Process staff claims and reimbursements.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment and invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing of documents and records.
• Assist in month-end closing and respond to audit requests.
