Qualifications

• Experience in an accounts payable or finance support role, ideally in retail/e-commerce/distribution.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, with attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks in a hybrid setting.

Role Description: The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable processes, including accurate invoice processing, matching, and timely payments to suppliers. Day-to-day tasks include verifying and reconciling vendor statements, resolving billing discrepancies, maintaining up-to-date records in the accounting system, and supporting month-end closing activities. The role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure clear communication, adherence to financial policies, and efficient handling of payment and invoice inquiries. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Petaling Jaya, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
