Job summary

Omnicom Media Asia Pacific is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant who is detail-oriented and proactive to support our Finance Department in handling accounts payable, receivable, and general accounting tasks in a fast-paced media advertising agency environment.

Ideal candidates are completing a professional certificate/diploma/degree in Accounting or Finance and possess strong MS Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Strong MS Excel skills and accuracy required.

• Assist on media and sundry payment processing.

• Assist on media and sundry payment processing
• Perform 3rd party matching and save third party invoices
• Monthly trading deal tracker & pacing report
• Adhoc Local & Regional/ Global reporting

Requirements

• Current taking a professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a sense of urgency in responding to tasks.
• Full proficiency in English is required. Professional proficiency ins Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin is a plus
