Jora Malaysia is seeking a finance professional to support day‑to‑day accounting operations with a focus on AP, supplier reconciliation, stock reconciliation and cash flow support.
You will handle invoice processing, payment preparation, bank reconciliations and month‑end closing in a manufacturing environment, using MYOB or AutoCount.

You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting operations, with a key focus on Accounts Payable, supplier reconciliation, stock reconciliation and cash flow support.
Key responsibilities
Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including invoice processing, verification and proper documentation.
Perform supplier statement reconciliation and follow up on outstanding invoices and discrepancies.
Monitor supplier aging and ensure invoices are properly recorded and processed according to the payment schedule.
Prepare Payment Vouchers (PV) and supporting documents for supplier payments.
Assist in payment preparation and ensure proper authorization and documentation are obtained.
Perform bank reconciliation and assist with other accounting reconciliations.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics and PPC on supplier invoices, deliveries and stock‑related matters.
Assist in stock reconciliation and monthly stock take.
Assist in preparing and updating projected cash flow.
Assist with month‑end closing and preparation of Management Accounts.
About you
Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is highly preferred.
Familiar with supplier reconciliation, payment processing and accounting documentation.
Experience in stock reconciliation / inventory accounting will be an added advantage.
Familiar with bank reconciliation and cash flow preparation.
Experience with MYOB, AutoCount or other accounting software is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
