Job summary

Our Client in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage end-to-end AP processes, including invoice processing, matching and posting, and vendor management. The role requires strong ERP experience and the ability to coordinate with regional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in AP, proficiency in Oracle ERP, and possesses excellent analytical and communication skills. Mandarin ability is an added advantage in this multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance ops.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP; SAP experience is a plus.
• Experience with OCR-based invoicing is advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI optional.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes and vendor management.
• Process high volumes of vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform invoice matching, validation and posting; resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close and AP reconciliations; ensure controls.
• Collaborate with procurement and regional teams on payment issues.
