Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Thai and English language proficiency.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Execute day-to-day Accounts Payable activities in line with established procedures and controls.
• Process manual payments, review potential duplicate payment reports, investigate exceptions, and perform required payment controls.
• Verify direct debit documentation and prepare the corresponding accounting entries.
• Analyze vendor statements to identify discrepancies and follow up on outstanding items.
• Manage payment posting activities, investigate posting errors, and resolve issues or escalate as necessary.
• Liaise with stakeholders to address payment-related queries and resolve processing issues.
• Process cheque payments in line with procedures and authorization requirements.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and supporting documentation for audit purposes.
• Monitor processing performance to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with service levels.
• Support other AP activities and ad hoc tasks assigned by the Team Lead.
