Infosys BPM Ltd. in Malaysia seeks an Accounts Payable professional to perform day-to-day invoice processing, vendor queries, setups and maintenance, and payment proposal generation with speed and accuracy.

You will follow documented procedures, understand client processes, and collaborate as a strong team player with thorough documentation. Fluency in Mandarin and English, and proficiency in MS Office, are essential in a shared services environment.

Qualificações

• University graduate with Bachelor/Master's Degree in Commerce.
• 1–2 years working experience in finance or accounting in a shared service center preferred.
• Expertise in MS Office & Internet.
• Good knowledge of accounts payable processes.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Perform day-to-day Accounts Payable activities with speed and accuracy (invoice processing, vendor queries, vendor setups/maintenance, invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, payment).
• Follow documented procedures and understand client processes; be an active team player with good communication and documentation skills.
• Maintain strict attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing financial documents.
• Identify policy violations, duplicate claims, and data inconsistencies.
• Ensure compliance with internal control requirements and finance audit policies.
• Quickly learn systems and apply standard operating procedures accurately.
• Demonstrate sound analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Understand relevant F&A processes.
