• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or a Shared Service Center (SSC).
• Proficiency in SAP or Oracle and Excel.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with strong communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing standardized Accounts Payable (AP) processes across multiple markets to ensure efficiency, compliance, and accuracy, while driving continuous system optimization.
• Invoice & Bill Processing: Review and process payable documents, including verification of goods receipt documentation and supplier invoices; execute "three-way matching" (Purchase Order, Goods Receipt Note, and Invoice) to ensure data accuracy. Utilize relevant skills or intelligent tools to streamline approval workflows.
• Vendor Reconciliation: Periodically reconcile AP balances with vendors, resolve discrepancies, and address inquiries from business stakeholders regarding reconciliation and payment status.
• Demonstrate familiarity with AP accounting procedures and verify the accuracy and validity of accounting entries.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve AP-related issues, such as apply for submitting applications, unrecorded or missing invoices, and payment failures.
• Handle ad-hoc financial requests, project tasks, or administrative support duties.
