Job summary

DO RESOURCES & SERVICES SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable Accounts and HR professional to manage daily financial operations and human resources duties. The role covers full accounting cycles, payroll processing, recruitment support, and compliance across departments.

You will collaborate with auditors, tax agents, bankers and internal teams, ensuring accurate records, timely reporting, and smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Basic knowledge of AR, AP, accounting processes, and payroll calculation.
• Familiarity with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Xero Accounting Software is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and cash flow reports
• Process invoices, payments, collections and monitor outstanding accounts
• Perform monthly closing and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary and relevant authorities
• Maintain proper filing and accounting documentation
• Support management with ad-hoc accounting, finance, and administrative tasks.
