Job summary

Designstudio MVH Sdn Bhd seeks a seasoned finance professional to manage full accounting duties and support HR and office administration. The role covers invoicing, reconciliations, monthly reports, cash flow, SST/E-invoice, and liaising with auditors and authorities.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher in Accountancy or related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to multitask in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Accountancy, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, proactive, and a strong team player in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced or newly established setup.
• Able to multitask, prioritize work & meet deadlines.
• Meticulous with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word.
• Hands-on experience with SQL (nice to have).
• Experience with SST, E-invoice, audit, corporate tax, and tax provisions (nice to have).
• Experience preparing financial statements under MFRS/IFRS (nice to have).
• Familiarity with Malaysian statutory compliance (nice to have).
• Exposure to HR administration systems (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Handle a full set of accounts.
• Manage daily accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and supporting schedules
• Monitor Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, cash flow, and expense control
• Prepare SST submissions, E-invoice Submissions
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant statutory authorities
• Maintain proper accounting records, documentation, and filing systems
• Perform ad-hoc finance-related duties as assigned by the immediate superior
• Support HR functions and general office administration whenever needed.
• Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and maintenance of employee records
• Support payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, SST, and E-invoice submissions
• Support ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned by the immediate superior
