Job summary

Jo Livin Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accountant Executive to manage the company's accounting, finance, payroll, and HR functions from Subang Jaya. The role requires handling full set of accounts, payroll processing, and HR administration in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and be familiar with Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations
• Manage AP, AR, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial and cash flow reports
• Process payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and staff claims
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities
