Job summary

MEP Enviro Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Financial Assistant to handle daily accounting tasks, data entry, and bookkeeping while maintaining accurate records. You will manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare invoices, and assist with monthly financial reports.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Basic knowledge of accounting software such as Autocount and Excel is an advantage. A friendly work environment and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Autocount, Excel) is added advantage.
• Ability to work with numbers accurately and detail-oriented.
• Multilingual capabilities are advantageous to support day-to-day operations with cross-border partners.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry and bookkeeping.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist in monthly financial reports (P/L, balance sheet, cash flow) and support tax/audit preparation.

Handledaily accounting tasks such as data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining records

Manageaccounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

Prepare and processinvoices, receipts, and payments

Performbank reconciliation and ensure financial accuracy

Maintain properfiling and documentation of financial records

Assist inmonthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

Supporte-invoicing, tax, and audit preparation

Handlebanking duties and payment follow-ups

Performad-hoc duties assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements
