Job summary

Yong Tai Berhad is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts, close monthly books, and prepare timely management accounts. You will reconcile bank statements, handle debtors and creditors records, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities include payments, filing, and assisting with budgeting under supervision. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, and excellent communication across levels.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Finance/Accountancy or related degree.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with accounting software; fresh graduates may apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full set of accounts for the company.
• Perform monthly closing of accounts and timely submission of monthly management accounts.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation statements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices and staff claims; maintain proper filing.
• Assist in budgeting, ledgers reporting, and financial statement preparation.
