Job summary

Mega Fortris Berhad is seeking an Accounts Executive in Shah Alam to manage full-cycle accounting, close monthly books, and prepare management reports. You will perform bank reconciliations, assist audits and tax preparation, and handle day-to-day entries with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least 1 year of related experience, with preference for manufacturing background and strong Excel/Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts and perform month-end closing timely and accurately.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, monitor daily bank balances, and update the cash book.
• Prepare monthly management reports and manage other accounting matters as required.
• Assist in audit activities and tax preparation by providing accurate documentation and reports.
• Perform day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and payments.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
