Job summary

Private Advertiser in Sabah is seeking a qualified finance professional with a diploma or degree in business/finance to join our accounting team. Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with Mandarin proficiency essential for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.

The role covers monthly closes, bank reconciliations, P&L and balance sheet reporting, daily general ledger, journals, AR/AP, and billing.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency preferred for client communication.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Handle daily finance operations: General Ledger, General Journals, Accounts Receivables and Payables.
• Handle billing and invoicing with clarity and accuracy.

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management,Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
