Job summary

Boilermech Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented data entry and accounting professional to support NAV ERP workflows for staff claims and non-trade invoicing. You will assist the AM in the ERP go-live phase and help configure asset and expense processes.

Responsibilities include maintaining the fixed assets register, preparing monthly reports, and ensuring accurate recording of transactions. The role requires 3–4 years of relevant experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office.
• Able to work as a team with positive attitude.
• Accuracy in working with figures and strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Data entry to NAV system for non-trade invoicing and staff claims.
• Assist the Assistant Manager in implementing the E-Staff Claim module after ERP go-live.
• Configure and maintain staff claim and non-trade vendor workflows within the ERP system.
• Prepare monthly reports such as Tender Deposit and safety department expenses, plus stamp duty summaries.
• Maintain the Fixed Assets Register and monitor asset transactions in NAV/ERP; perform verifications.

Job description

Data Entry to NAV System for non-trade invoicing & staff claim (high volume).

Assist the Assistant Manager (AM) in implementing the E-Staff Claim module after ERP go-live.

Configure and maintain staff claim & non-trade vendor transaction workflows within the ERP system.

Tender Deposit monthly report & follow up refund of deposit with S&M/ASSD Dept.

Safety dept expenses claim monthly report.

Stamp duty summary & report (including support documents).

Fixed Assets Management

Maintain the Fixed Assets Register and ensure accurate recording of fixed asset acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation.

Process and monitor fixed asset transactions in NAV/ERP systems.

Perform periodic fixed asset verification and reconciliation.

Ensure fixed asset records are updated and comply with company policies and accounting standards.

Others

Follow up director signature on payment cheque

Fill in the payee information on payment cheque to bank in.

Photocopy bank in slip for well keeping purpose

Email bank in slip to suppliers/PIC/staff

Record monthly utilities bills received

Prepare staff cash advance confirmation yearly

Handling ad-hoc assignment as when required.
