Job summary

Ecolex Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Boilerman Grade 1 or 2 to operate, maintain, and supervise boiler systems to ensure safe and efficient operation. This role includes overseeing junior staff and assisting in scheduling and safety compliance.

Candidates must hold a Boilerman Grade 1 or 2 certificate, have 5–7 years of boiler operation experience, and be able to work shifts. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, with a strong leadership mindset.

• Candidate must possess a valid Boilerman Grade 1 or 2 certificate/permit.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in boiler operation.
• Prior supervisory or lead role in a plant environment preferred.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Boilerman Grade 1 or 2 to operate, maintain, and supervise boiler systems to ensure safe and efficient operation. This role includes some supervisory responsibilities, including overseeing junior staff and assisting in scheduling and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess a valid Boilerman Grade 1 or 2 certificate/permit.

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or any Professional Certificate.

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in boiler operation.

Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role in a plant environment is preferred.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Able to work on shift/long hours basis.

Highly motivated, a self-starter and eager to succeed.

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Able to work independently with less supervision and work as a team.
