Zusammenfassung

Teck Guan Group is seeking a qualified Boilerman Grade 1 to operate and monitor steam boilers at our Sabah-based facilities, with duties including routine inspections and maintaining safety records. The role requires a valid DOSH-recognised certificate and willingness to work shifts and overtime in Tawau, Sabah.

Successful candidates will contribute to safe, efficient boiler operations and collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifikationen

• Possess a valid Boilerman Grade 1 Certificate of Competency recognised by DOSH Malaysia.
• Relevant working experience in boiler operations, preferably in a palm oil mill.
• Good knowledge of boiler operations, maintenance and workplace safety procedures.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
• Able to work in Sabah.

Aufgaben

• Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, water levels and other operating parameters.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of boilers and related equipment.
• Ensure boiler operations comply with DOSH regulations and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate boiler operation logs and maintenance records.
• Identify and report equipment abnormalities or malfunctions to management.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team on boiler repairs and servicing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
