Job description

1) Accounting & Bookkeeping Transaction Recording: Perform daily data entry of financial transactions, including verifying and posting details of business transactions.

2) Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process supplier invoices, issue official receipts, and prepare payment vouchers and cheques. Follow up on outstanding accounts.

3) Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements, ledgers, and expense reports to ensure accuracy.

4) Administrative Support Office Management

5) Record Keeping: Manage and update physical and digital filing systems, databases, and contact lists.

Requirements

1) Candidate must possess minimum certificate.

2) Good in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
