Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in Account Assistant or related role.
• High level of accuracy and detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with accounting packages and spreadsheets.
• Team player with ability to support others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
• Issue invoices, sales orders and receipts once payment is received.
• Collect debts from customers and agents.
• Update data for new customers and keep records.
• Prepare monthly outstanding reports for management.
• File documents related to accounting (payments, invoices, receipts).
• Handle daily communications and address inquiries.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
