Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: issue invoices, record payments, process vendor bills.
• Data Entry: input daily financial transactions, receipts, and expenses into accounting software (SQL).
• Documentation: manage petty cash and organize financial documents for audits.
• Issue company invoices.
• Administrative duties: general clerical support, record keeping, and ad-hoc tasks.
• BOQ input: enter unit rates and totals into the client BOQ template.
