Qualifications

• Must have full working rights for Malaysia.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (customer service in Mandarin).
• Previous experience in finance, accounting, cashiering, or related roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of financial processes and good numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Experience in the F&B or retail industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are a growing bakery brand dedicated to providing high-quality baked products and a great customer experience. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Assistant / Cashier to join our team in KL.

The role will be responsible for supporting daily basic finance operations, including cash management, sales reconciliation, and financial record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling;
• Perform daily sales reconciliation and maintain financial records;
• Assist with invoice, receipt, and financial document management;
• Support payment processing, reimbursement tracking, and basic accounting tasks;

Requirements
