Job summary

We are seeking a talented Account Assistant to join our dynamic team at Tee Yih Jia Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Account Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's financial operations and contributing to our continued success. What you'll be doing

Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts

Processing invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner

Performing data entry and other administrative tasks as required

Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
