Qualifications

• Must have full working rights for Malaysia.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (customer service in Mandarin).
• Previous experience in finance, accounting, cashiering, or related roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of financial processes and good numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Experience in the F&B or retail industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Perform daily sales reconciliation and maintain financial records.
• Assist with invoice, receipt, and financial document management.
• Support payment processing, reimbursement tracking, and basic accounting tasks.
• Prepare and organize daily financial data and reports.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal financial procedures.
