Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure full spectrum of accounting activities, including full set of accounting, reporting, reconciling entries to be up to date & transactions are properly recorded.
• Ensure cash book entries up to date day to day & accurate.
• To prepare and analyze financial closing reports (monthly & quarterly).
• To preparing forecast Sales reports and to monitor monthly Sales target.
• To monitor & control the related project budget provided.
• Preparing Consignment Sales financial reports by monthly basis.
• Preparing E-commerce financial related reports & commission by monthly basis.
• To perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superior.

Job Requirements

• Possess minimum Diploma in the related fields
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Can speak in English, B.Malaysia and Mandarin
• Candidate familiar in Autocount accounting software will be add advantage.
• Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
• Possess own transport.
