Job summary

AIXTRON Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks an organized finance administrator with at least 2 years of accounting experience for its Batu Kawan hub. You will manage accounts payable, ESG data collection, and asset records as part of a growing finance team.

You will ensure compliance with local regulations, support e-invoicing and SAP processes, and contribute to a streamlined financial close across a dynamic, cross-functional setup.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience.
• Knowledge of SST, E-Invoice and Malaysian accounting standards; IFRS knowledge a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; SAP experience advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with strong deadline discipline.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and record all accounts payable transactions, including invoices, expenses and payments.
• Collect, check and update ESG data reporting.
• Stamp, file and submit commercial documents and contracts per IRB regulations.
• Follow e-invoicing regulations; monthly SAP reconciliations.
• Prepare fixed asset schedules for month-end and year-end closing.
• Record acquisitions, disposals, transfers and write-offs of fixed assets.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register with accurate asset records.
• Book travel and manage travel agents for best prices.
• Other assignments from the Line Manager.
