Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Malaysia is seeking an experienced professional to own the end-to-end Fixed Asset and GLMS processes, plus bank reconciliations. You will generate asset transactions in SAP, post lease entries from GLMS, and prepare journal entries, while monitoring depreciation and lease modifications.

Collaborating with multiple entities and regions, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and timely issue resolution within ICFR controls.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to communicate with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Fixed Asset (FA) and GLMS processes across entities/regions.
• Perform bank reconciliation monthly and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare journal entries, depreciation, and lease-related postings in SAP; monitor leases.
