Qualifications

• Min of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in fixed asset accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and fixed asset lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fixed asset processes, including asset additions, transfers, and retirements.
• Maintain a complete and accurate fixed asset register.
• Perform reconciliation of fixed asset data between operational systems and accounting systems.
• Calculate and record monthly depreciation.
• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed asset reports.
• Participate in physical asset counts.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
