AIXTRON Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. sucht eine engagierte Fachkraft im Finanzwesen als Line Manager Finance Manager. Der Arbeitsort ist Batu Kawan, Penang, wo Sie das Rechnungswesen, das Reporting und die Prozesse leiten.

Sie arbeiten in einem wachsenden, globalen Team und verantworten Kreditoren, ESG-Daten, Verträge, e‑Invoicing und SAP-basiertes Closing. Englisch und Bahasa Malaysia werden benötigt; Mandarin ist von Vorteil. Eine unbefristete Festanstellung erwartet Sie.

Qualifications

• Diplom oder Abschluss in Buchhaltung, Finanzen oder verwandtem Bereich.
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich.
• Kenntnisse von SST, E-Invoicing und malaysischen Rechnungsstandards; IFRS vorteilhaft.
• SAP-Kenntnisse und MS Excel-Kompetenzen.
• Gute Englisch- und Bahasa Malaysia-Fähigkeiten; Mandarin von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Verarbeiten und Buchen aller Kreditorenbuchungen (Rechnungen, Auslagen, Zahlungen).
• ESG-Datenberichterstattung sammeln, prüfen und aktualisieren.
• Geeignete Vertragsdokumente stampen, ablegen und gemäß IRB einreichen.
• Über e‑Invoicing-Richtlinien wachen; monatliche Abstimmungen im SAP.
• Anlegen von Abschreibungen; monatliches und Jahresabschluss-Reporting.
• Anlagenbuchführung (FAR) pflegen und Vermögenswerte verwalten.
• Reisebuchungen organisieren und Reiseagenten koordinieren.

AIXTRON’s new manufacturing & engineering hub in Malaysia

We are building a new greenfield manufacturing and engineering hub in Batu Kawan, Penang. The site will provide a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment for assembly & test of our high-end systems and will contribute to engineering the next generation of products. Operations are planned to start in 2027 with rapid ramp‑up. Who We Are Looking For

Responsibilities

• Process and record all accounts payable transactions, including invoices, expenses and payments
• Collect, check and update ESG data reporting
• Ensure all the commercial documents and contracts are properly stamped, filed and submitted in accordance with IRB regulations.
• Follow e‑invoicing regulations and updates; perform monthly reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled in the SAP system
• Prepare fixed asset schedules for month‑end and year‑end closing
• Record acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and write‑offs of fixed assets
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and ensure accurate asset records
• Responsible for travel booking and manage travel agents, to ensure best price for each booking.
• Other assignments from the Line Manager

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of SST, E‑Invoice and Malaysian accounting standards; IFRS knowledge is an advantage
• Computer knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and experience in SAP is advantageous
• Attention to detail and deadlines
• Strong sense of accounting integrity and principles
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
