Job summary

IQI Holdings Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur offers an internship inside a real finance team. You’ll gain hands-on experience with month-end processes, data entry for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and support GL postings.

The role prepares you for monthly finance reporting, document filing, and ad-hoc projects, with a possible full-time opportunity after the internship. Strong MS Excel skills and fluent English/Bahasa/Mandarin help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Support General Ledger postings and bank reconciliations.
• Help prepare monthly finance reports.
• Organise and file finance documents (physical and digital).
• Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects.

What You’ll Need

• Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Able to work independently and ask questions when needed
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to speak to stakeholders
