Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Support General Ledger postings and bank reconciliations.
• Help prepare monthly finance reports.
• Organise and file finance documents (physical and digital).
• Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects.
