Job summary

CSW AUTO PARTS SDN BHD is seeking a motivated Accounts & Finance Intern to support our accounting team with financial tasks and projects. You will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting procedures in a dynamic environment.

You will handle daily accounting functions, assist in invoicing, payments, and data maintenance while contributing to administrative support and special assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in Accountancy, Commerce, or Finance.
• Must be self-motivated with good communication.
• Able to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks and data entry with accuracy.
• Assist in processing invoices from vendors and payments.
• Maintain accounts records and filing; update vendor master data.
• Support general admin tasks for the accounts team.

Job description

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Intern to assist our accounting team with financial tasks and projects. Gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting procedures in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records.

Assists for receiving and processing invoices from vendors.

Assist in payment request, staff claim processing, vendor master data creation, invoices clearing, and resolve all unreconciled items.

Provide general administrative support to the accounts team, including filling and necessary documentation.

Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function, and related duties and when necessary.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must be currently studying a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / Commerce Accounting / Finance or equivalent academic background.

Self-motivated, pro-active and strong communication skills.

Good team player and possess a good working attitude.
