About the role

Expeditors (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account Receivable - Credit Control professional to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time position will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts receivable and credit control processes, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining a healthy cash flow.

What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, statement generation, and credit control

Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments, liaising with customers to resolve any discrepancies

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and payment histories

Analyse aging reports and take appropriate actions to minimise bad debt exposure
