Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage staff expenses analysis, maintain monthly documentation binder, and process claim settlements in the system. The role supports monthly and yearly closings, verifies settlements, and ensures internal controls.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of related experience is preferred. The position offers a 1-year renewable contract and is based in Malaysia.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.

• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
• Submission of claim settlement in operating system.
• Prepare monthly and yearly closing.
• Resolves claim request discrepancies by investigating documentation and supporting documents.
• Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.
• Verifies claim settlement by reconciling statements and transactions.
• Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
• Prepare for and support year-end audit (Annual).

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

At least1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
