Samsung Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd is hiring for the role of Mobile Experience - Head of Mobile Sales. The position entails senior leadership in mobile sales, engaging with executives and major customers, and shaping strategic direction for mobile experiences in Malaysia.

The candidate will influence critical business decisions, build broad networks, and lead cross-functional teams with significant latitude and accountability.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum 14 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 12 years and a Master's degree, or a PhD with 9 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop resolutions to critical issues and broad design matters.
• Address future concepts, products or technologies impacting business success.
• Create formal networks with key decision-makers and may serve as external spokesperson for the organization.
• Exercise wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
• Direct the activities of a broad function in one or more areas.
• Oversee planning, staffing, budgeting, expense priorities and method changes.
• Interact with executives and major customers; engage in high-level negotiations.

• Works on issues that impact the success of business or addresses future concepts, products or technologies
• Creates formal networks with key decision-makers and may serve as external spokesperson for the organization
• Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments
• May direct and control the activities of a broad function in one or more functional areas
• Has overall responsibility for planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities and recommending and implementing changes and methods
• Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions may frequently involve special skills such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior-level leaders regarding significant matters to the organization
