Job summary

Xinyi Energy Smart (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account Receivable Executive to manage customer accounts and monitor payments. You will collaborate with procurement and internal teams, process invoices, and assist in month-end close to keep cash flow healthy.

The role requires bilingual/multilingual communication in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, with a minimum of 2 years in AR and familiarity with payables processes. Based in Lipat Kajang, Jasin Melaka.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 2 years of AR experience preferred.
• Familiar with vendor invoices, payments and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Track financial transactions, prepare reports and review statements.
• Prepare ledgers and perform various financial tasks.
• Verify and process vendor invoices with accuracy and proper authorization.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls and accounting standards.
• Monitor payables and ensure timely settlement.
• Coordinate approvals with procurement and internal teams.
• Handle employee reimbursement claims.
• Assist in month-end closing and AR reconciliations.
• Ensure tax compliance and assist audits related to AP.

Job description

The Account Receivable Executive is responsible for managing customer accounts, monitoring incoming payments, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. This role helps maintain accurate financial records and supports the company’s cash flow management.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Preferably 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.

Familiarity with the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.

Preferably Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Applicant must be willing to work at Lipat Kajang, Jasin Melaka.

Job Description

Keeping a track of the financial transactions, preparing financial reports, reviewing financial statements,

Preparing accounting ledgers and performing various other financial tasks.

Verify and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.

Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.

Monitor outstanding payables and ensure timely settlement

Coordinate with procurement and internal departments for approvals

Assist in month-end closing activities and AP reconciliations

Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations

Assist with audit requests related to accounts payable.
