Job summary

Glodon Company Limited in Malaysia seeks a proactive sales professional to manage high-level PR and relationships with Chinese construction enterprises, and to drive new client acquisition across main contractors and M&E players. You will deliver tailored product demos and solutions to senior executives, and provide end-to-end pre- and post-sales support to secure contracts and payments.

Job description

1. 1. High-Level PR & Relationship Management with Chinese Construction Enterprises

   Focus on decision-makers, General Managers, Chief Engineers, Chief Economists, and key persons in charge of top-tier Chinese construction enterprises in Malaysia; conduct deep high-level PR to establish strategic cooperative relationships.

2. 2. New Customer Acquisition & Commercial Breakthroughs with Chinese Construction Enterprises

   Target market segments (main contractors, sub-contractors, M&E contractors) via telephone, email, and high-frequency site visits to precisely identify potential projects and achieve commercial breakthroughs with decision-makers from scratch.

3. 3. Product Demoing & Solution Pitching

   Independently arrange appointments with core decision-makers to explore customer needs; deliver compelling product demos and solutions to high-level executives to address their specific requirements.

4. 4. End-to-End Service Support & Revenue Delivery

   Provide strong pre-sales and after-sales implementation support to drive software adoption in projects; follow up on the entire process of contract signing and payment collection to ensure the achievement of sales targets.

5. 5. Daily Sales Management & Agile Execution

   Submit weekly sales reports to management regularly to feedback executive client dynamics and sales funnels; efficiently execute other important commercial tasks assigned by management at any time.

Job Requirements

1. 1、Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience, with a background in contractor or engineering companies; work experience in Chinese enterprises in Malaysia is preferred.
2. 2、Languages: Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent bilingual business communication and negotiation skills.
3. 3、Core Competencies: Exceptional ability to build, maintain, and deepen client relationships, with strong networking and interpersonal skills.
