Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in business development or marketing within the construction and property industry.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, design consultants, local governments and relevant authorities.
• Strong knowledge of construction project execution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
