Job summary

Luxe Union Sdn Bhd is seeking an Online Marketing Executive based in Puchong, Selangor. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns to help Luxe Union achieve its growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, take and convey messages, schedule appointments
• Assist day-to-day accounting functions including data entry and journal postings (AR, AP, GL)
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial analysis
• Handle payroll calculations and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
• Maintain accounting records and filing, ensure deadlines are met
• Assist with daily operational duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Remind manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required

Job description

What you'll be doing

• i. To handle various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages, making appointments, ordering office supplies, etc.
• ii. To remind the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
• iii. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
• iv. To assist day to day accounting functions included manage data entry and process journal to ensure all business transactions (i.e. AR, AP & GL) are recorded on timely basis.
• v. To assist to prepare monthly management full set accounts together with financial analysis.
• vi. Handle monthly payroll calculation and submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• vii. Maintain good accounting records and filing.
• viii. Complete task on time and follow accounting and tax filing deadline.
• ix. To assist daily operational duties and perform any others ad-hoc assignment as assigned by superior from time to time.
