Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage daily transactions, depreciation, prepayments, and fixed assets with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting. You will liaise with suppliers and support audit preparations in a fast‑paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in accounting, strong Excel and Autocount skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin to coordinate with stakeholders and commercial accounts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of working experience in accounting and familiarity with accounting audits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Autocount.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of solving complex problems under strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily Transactions: Handle the daily issuance of credit notes and verify supplier invoices.
• Financial Management: Update and manage depreciation, accruals, prepayments, deposits, and fixed asset records.
• Banking: Update and reconcile Bank Commercial Card transactions.
• Reporting: Calculate TikTok sales, sales commissions and departmental incentives.
• Auditing: Support audit preparations and liaise with external auditors.
• Filing & Checking: Ensure the accurate filing of all accounting documents; review & check order invoices.

• Role: Accounts Executive
• Location: Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru
• Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

• Remuneration: RM 3,500 - RM 4,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Transactions: Handle the daily issuance of credit notes and verify supplier invoices.
• Financial Management: Update and manage depreciation, accruals, prepayments, deposits, and fixed asset records.
• Banking: Update and reconcile Bank Commercial Card transactions.
• Reporting: CalculateTikTok sales, sales commissions and departmental incentives
• Auditing:Support audit preparations and liaise with external auditors.
• Filing & Checking: Ensure the accurate filing of all accounting documents; review & checkorder invoices.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of working experience in accounting and a strong familiarity with accounting audits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Autocount).
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (to coordinate effectively with relevant stakeholders and handle specific commercial accounts).
• Highly detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of solving complex problems under strict deadlines.

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm); Sat (8.30am - 12.30pm)
