Job summary

Pacific Oil Seals Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced accounting professional to supervise the account team and ensure deadlines are met.

You will prepare monthly management reports, handle consolidation accounts, and maintain accurate records in line with applicable standards while supporting forecasts and audits.

The role involves liaising with auditors, tax agents, and statutory bodies, contributing to ISO 9001:2015 compliance and ongoing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the account team and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare monthly management reports and sub-group consolidation accounts.
• Maintain accurate and timely accounting records according to accounting standards, taxation, and SST requirements.
• Assist in updating monthly/quarterly rolling forecast.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, tax/GST/SST, insurers, banks, and other statutory bodies on audit matters.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 requirements are effectively carried out.
