Job summary

Blackspire Holding Group Sdn Bhd is seeking junior accounting professionals in Kuala Lumpur to support daily accounting tasks and financial reporting. Fresh graduates with accounting or analytical degrees are encouraged to apply, and those with 1–3 years of experience have an added advantage.

Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is preferred, with Mandarin-English communication abilities valued for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify accounting documents, invoices and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Handle daily accounting entries and data entries; follow up on discrepancies or unusual transactions.
• Prepare financial statements and reports per company and client requirements.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing budgets from different departments; monitor actual vs. budget.
• Assist clients with day-to-day accounting and finance matters.
• Analyze financial data and provide information to support business decisions.
• Handle other accounting-related tasks as required.

Job description

Handle daily accounting entries and data entries and follow up on any discrepancies or unusual transactions.

Prepare financial statements and reports based on company and client requirements.

Assist in preparing and reviewing financial budgets from different departments and monitor actual performance against the budget.

Assist with clients' day-to-day accounting and finance matters.

Analyze financial data and provide useful financial information to support clients' business decisions.

Handle other accounting-related tasks when required.

Fresh graduates with a Degree in Accounting are welcome to apply.
