Job summary

Qualifications

• Systematic, dependable and can work independently with minimum supervision
• Integrity and professionalism in handling financial information
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing financial reports, statements, and analyses.
• Monitor departmental budgets, report discrepancies, and support variance analysis.
• Process accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Aid in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with regulations and support audit processes
• Maintain accurate financial records, perform data entry, and manage organized financial documentation
• Work closely with the finance team and other departments, participating in financial planning discussions.
• Support special projects, contribute to process improvements, and handle finance-related administrative tasks
