Managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the company's accounting functions. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can handle accounting tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. The Account Executive will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

Manage and monitor petty cash transactions for the KL, Kulim, and site offices.

Monitor and track supplier invoices.

Monitor and track customer invoices.

Prepare purchase orders for projects.

Reconcile project payments with receipts and investigate variances.

Assist with mid-year and year-end audits.

Proficient in MYOB accounting software.
