Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, receipts and other accounting documents.
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances and outstanding payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with management accounts.
• Process staff payroll, statutory contributions and related submissions.
• Assist with SST, tax documentation, audit schedules and year-end closing.
• Monitor project-related expenses, subcontractor payments and supplier accounts.
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, tax agents, banks and relevant authorities.

About you

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

Previous experience in accounting or a similar role is an advantage.

Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
